SLIMBRIDGE RALLY 2024 REVIEW
SUNDAY 16th to THURSDAY 20th JUNE
The event was well supported this year with 20 people camping and four staying at the Tudor Arms. Only five South West members attended.
This years Rally was blessed with glorious sunshine and a light breeze
Three campers went on the Saturday.
No organised ride out this year. Some riders took the opportunity to visit
relatives, or just go for a ride around.
Two South West riders went off to do some Somerset Photo Challenge
Points one day followed by Welsh Photo Challenge Points next day.
Three riders went to visit “The Classic Motor Hub” near Bibury, that was
very interesting, like a museum but with the exhibits all for sale!
The event finished up with an organised meal at The Tudor Arms with eleven people on one long table.
A big thank you to Phil Sampson for organising this event, it does take
a lot of time and effort to get these events to work.
